Below is a Zip Code-level map of the percent of the population that stays completely at home each day, averaged over the past two weeks (updated using data from April 3, 2021 to April 16, 2021). The data were acquired from Safegraph, which generated it from a panel of GPS pings from anonymous mobile devices; read more about it here. We aggregated the data from census block groups to Zip Codes. This map provides an estimate of the magnitude of social distancing occurring in each region. We will continue to update this map as new data become available. Note: Safegraph discontinued this dataset, so the final map shows data from 4/2 to 4/16.
